Using Schpin
You may use Schpin only for lawful, personal purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must be legally permitted to drive the vehicle you use and hold any required licence, insurance, tax, registration, and permissions.
Safe and lawful conduct
You must not use Schpin while controlling a moving vehicle, organise or participate in street racing, exceed speed limits, trespass, obstruct roads, drive carelessly or dangerously, or encourage anyone else to do so. Plan and operate the app only when safely parked or through a passenger.
Your content
You are responsible for content you submit. Do not post unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing material. You confirm you have the necessary rights to share it and grant Schpin permission to host and display it to provide the service.
Service availability
Schpin may change, suspend, or withdraw features. We do not promise that the service, location data, routes, or community content will always be available, accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular journey.
Accounts and enforcement
Keep account credentials secure. Access may be limited or removed where reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or the community, or where these terms are breached.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Schpin is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on routes, user content, estimates, unavailable features, or unsafe or unlawful use. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
