01

Information you provide

This may include account details, profile information, routes, posts, reactions, reports, preferences, and messages you choose to submit.

02

Drive and device information

When you enable relevant features, Schpin may process location, route, distance, duration, timestamps, and basic device or diagnostic information. Location access should be requested only when a feature needs it and remains subject to your device permissions.

03

How information is used

Information may be used to operate and secure Schpin, record journeys you request, personalise the experience, show content you choose to share, fix problems, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

04

Sharing and visibility

Content you publish may be visible to other people according to the audience controls shown in the app. Information may also be handled by service providers that support hosting and operation, or disclosed where legally required. Schpin does not sell your precise journey history.

05

Your choices

You can control location permission in your device settings and should be able to choose what you publish. Privacy, access, correction, deletion, and objection rights vary by location and may be exercised through the support channel made available in the app.

06

Retention and security

Information should be retained only as long as needed for the purposes described, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and service protection. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
